The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) has specific laws in place for all permit holders, including us! They are in charge of providing the basics of what we can and cannot do with our business.
We have numerous On-Premise clients who inquire about distilled spirits (hard liquor) and we unfortunately cannot fulfill inquiries directly from our warehouse. Luckily for some, we do provide an alternative solution that satisfies us, the customer, and most importantly, TABC.

As a Mixed Beverage (MB) Permit holder, these are the products that you can order directly from us:

Distilled Spirits
On-Premise customers cannot purchase distilled spirits from us. Instead, if you are an On-Premise client and have a Mixed Beverage (MB) permit, you must purchase distilled spirits from a local Package Store (P) that also has a Local Distributor's Permit (LP) in your county.
