Silent Dragon 15yr Shochu 300mL/720mL

DESCRIPTION
This shochu is one of the longest-aged shochus in the world. Matured for 15 years under meticulously controlled conditions. Has a rich, round body that still carries sake-like aromatics. Creamy mouthfeel with gentle notes of oak, caramel, and sweet rice. 
 
Best served on the rocks, warm (oyuwari) mixed with hot water in colder season, or paired with a wide variety of cuisines such as grilled meats, hearty seafood dishes, and umami.
