DESCRIPTION
This shochu has been aged in vats/barrels for 5 years. Single-distilled from premium rice to create a light, floral aroma reminiscent of premium sake; delicate sweetness with subtle hints of vanilla and rice with a smooth, clean finish. 
 
Best served on the rocks, mixed cocktails (ideal for light, Japanese-inspired cocktails), paired with mild or spicy dishes.
